East African Expands

To the 7 member states of the East African community now comes a Somalia as member number 8. This now makes the region the most populated in Africa with close to half a billion people. To the Business community this is good news. It implies there has risen plenty of problems to solve ti earn more. There's no better time in history than this to invest in the Eaat African region. By the time I finish writing this, equity tickets to have a stake in the most influential fintech company in the region, might be completely sold out. But you can try your luck at https://tickets.cashchat.se
The East African wallet is facilitating payments across borders throughout the East African region. If you ever plan to visit any of the 8 member states, your dollars might cause you to starve to death if you have no dime in your wallet. Some countries like Kenya might not accept it at that time. Hundreds of OpenAI’s current and ex-employees are about to get a huge payday by cashing out up to $10 million each in a private stock sale

Just in time for the holidays: Roughly 400 current and former OpenAI employees are set to receive multi-million dollar paydays thanks to a special stock sale the privately-held San Francisco company has arranged with Japan’s SoftBank Group.

The tender offer allows certain OpenAI employees and former staffers to sell their stock to SoftBank at $210 per share, according to a source with knowledge of the matter. The transaction opens an important avenue for insiders to cash out some of the equity they have locked up in the AI company, whose valuation has doubled over the past year to $157 billion.

WILL YOU MISS IT TOO?

It was 1984, I remember it very clearly because everytime our neighbour (a very talented enthusiastic boxer), opened his house. There was a Calender on his Wall facing directly at the entry. The image of the former King of Buganda was positioned above 1984 written in bold black.

I was 3 years at that time, and this year marks 40 years since that time. That's the time I started the habbit of thinking. Now thinking became big and bigger, and the thoughts became convictions.

I recently realised that the reasons why even those that have benefited from thes convictions, were only able to take very tiny bits. I was stuck many years in the future.

I'm currently breaking these convictions into multiple small bits but with exponential impact. When I look back in the last 5 years, since I decided to just keep on running even if no one is following. Those that came out from the masses to follow the lead are continually becoming bigger. I have only encountered a few of them but have never met most ...

A Lifetime Opportunity

I invite you to invest in this African fintec company. It has issued 70K sponsorship tickets and each ticket costs €30. This is the reason why I would recommend you to buy a least one ticket. (https://bcbank.se)
All the sponsorship tickets have a 7% stake in the entire company. That means if the company a profit of €1billion euros, €70 million will be shared equally among All the 70k tickets. Each Ticket will have a value of €1000 at the end of the financial year. ( This is just an explanation )
I have been doing a lot of research on it. It will be the most influential company in Africa. It's currently building an AI cloud of All African languages, history and culture. This is in addition to cashless payment system that supports transactions among African countries.
After you have purchased your ticket, you will later be requested to submit your sponsor code by email. If you already have one, you will just send the code. If you have no account, you will need to create one ...

Prepare your budget to study in Canada
Living costs

It’s important to make sure you have enough funds to cover your expenses for living and studying in Canada. You can start by finding out about study costs for international students.

Next, you'll need to research your expected living costs.

ItemCost estimateMore information

Housing and accommodation

$500 - $2,000 per month

If you live in private housing off campus, rent in Canada is typically paid monthly. If you live in a student hall or residence on campus, you may need to pay your accommodation costs in full for the year.

Accommodation costs depend on the city and your living arrangements. It's generally recommended to set aside 25% of your budget for housing.

Learn more about housing and accommodation.

Food and groceries

$240 - $480 per month

If you live off campus, you will likely do your own cooking or share cooking duties with friends. Research the costs online by looking at Canada’s major national grocery store chains. You can even download apps to compare costs or find the best deals.

If you live on campus, you can register for the meal plan. This gives you access to your college or university cafeteria for all your meals.

Utilities and cable

$100+ per month

Internet

$50 - $100 per month

Phone

$60+ per month

Costs will vary depending on whether you are buying a new phone or using one you already have.

Health Insurance

$75 - $120 per month

In Canada, each province and territory provide health care to its citizens. As an international student, you need to determine whether your province or territory offers you health insurance.

In provinces where there is no coverage for international students, your school will have medical insurance plans you can purchase. Often, tuition fees for full-time students include insurance which covers dental, vision, prescription drugs and other health services.

Learn more about Canadian health care.

Travel health insurance

Your school or travel agent can provide details on travel health insurance.

Travel health insurance is different from basic health insurance. You may need it if you’ll be in Canada for less than one year and you expect to live in different parts of Canada. This may apply to students planning to attend:

  • High school for only 9 or 10 months
  • Language school for 12 or 20 weeks
  • A summer camp language school
  • A co-op program or internship

Entertainment

$120+ per month

Think about what you’ll want to spend money on for fun. This could include working out at a gym, going to the movies or eating at restaurants. It’s important to set money aside for relaxing and taking care of yourself.

You can explore many parks, trails and beaches for free. Schools may also host free or discounted events for students, like concerts or festivals.

Transportation

$80 - $156 per month for a transportation pass

Plan for your transportation costs by estimating how much money you’ll need for:

  • Public transit, like buses and subways
  • Bus or train tickets if you want to explore other cities in Canada
  • Plane tickets home to visit your family

Many cities offer student rates for public transportation. If you’re a college or university student, check with your school to see if a transit pass is included in your tuition fees.

Some international students choose to buy a car. If this is something you want to do, plan for the cost of your car, automobile insurance, gasoline, maintenance, repairs and parking.

Many communities have bike paths in recreational areas and bike lanes on busy streets. Some major cities even offer bike-sharing services, where you can rent a bike for short commutes.

For elementary and high school students, school boards generally provide school buses. In some cities, high school students use public transit to get to school.

Can your job make you rich?
A higher salary can make you feel rich, but only assets will make you wealthy.

Today, almost every industry on earth is being revolutionized by technological innovation. As a result, the value of labor for millions of people is being depreciated.

History repeats itself over and over again. It's impossible for us to win over machines. It's not through labor that wealth is created. Buy equity in Cash Chat Now

Back in the early 1400s, duplicating knowledge found in books was a task that took months or even years to accomplish.

As a result, owning a book was prohibitively expensive, a luxury that only the wealthiest could afford.

Historians tell us that a hand-copied book in the 14th century could cost as much as a large house. Naturally, manuscript writers were scarce, and the profession was quite well-remunerated.

While many people chased these high-paying jobs, a German man named Johannes Gutenberg had a similar goal. He also wanted to write many books, but he set out to do it differently.

Gutenberg began experimenting with his idea around 1440. About a decade later, he was able to create the first printing machine:

Even though it took Johannes Gutenberg almost a decade to accomplish building this machine, when done he was able to reproduce 200 copies of the Bible in three years, which was considered a miraculous achievement back in those days.

Gutenberg transformed the manuscript industry. The more printing presses that were replicated, the more the value of these manuscript jobs depreciated.

What is a warehouse company?
Get a completed AB for free. Today.

What is a warehouse company?

The Swedish Companies Registration Office describes a stock company as "a company that is formed solely to be sold on to a new owner".

A warehouse company is thus an "empty" company that has never had any operations, but where the registration with the Swedish Companies Registration Office has already gone through. The person who takes over the company therefore avoids hassles with administration and registration and can get started with their business faster than if they were to start the company on their own.

At Wint, however, you get your warehouse company completely free of charge, so the Swedish Companies Registration Office should perhaps adjust the definition regarding "reselling".
